Daytime Care
I provide care in your home to you and your family as you adjust to life at home with your newest family member. You’ll have the ability to rest or shower or have a few quiet moments to yourself whenever you need to. I’ll be an emotional sounding board for all the tears, laughter and everything in between. I can assist with your physical recovery, (in a non-medical capacity), think physical assistance, (especially helpful when you’ve had a C-Section), as well as tips for pain relief and comfort measures as you heal. I have an extensive knowledge of what you can expect recovery wise, what’s normal and when you should call your doctor. I provide feeding help. For you and baby! I will ensure you have healthy snacks, meals and a glass of water always available to you. I’ll be there to assist with bottle feedings, pumping and breastfeeding every step of the way. (Check out my Feeding Support section for a deeper look at the ways I can support you with feeding your baby.)

Overnight Care
My overnight support is tailored to fit your needs and those of your baby's. We'll work together to figure out a plan that works for feeding and sleep schedules and readjust as needed. If you are breastfeeding, you can sleep in between feedings and I’ll bring the baby to you as soon as hunger cues start. This will allow you to get optimum rest.

Live In Care

This is the best of both worlds, I will be there to care for you 24 hours a day. Can be scheduled for up to 5 consecutive days at a time. The immediate days after the birth are the optimum time to use this service.

(There is a 4 hour scheduled break every 24 hours. This will be taken at the most optimum time to you.)

Feeding Support
If you are breastfeeding, I will guide you through every nursing session with latch and positioning support. We’ll talk through what’s normal and how to know if baby is getting enough. I’ll be there every step of the way to encourage and assist you. If you’re formula feeding, in addition to feeding your baby, I’ll help with formula prep, bottle washing and feeding techniques to reduce gas/discomfort. If you plan to exclusively pump and bottle feed, I’ll be your number one team mate. Together, we can figure out a pumping schedule to establish and optimize your milk supply, as well as a system for washing and storing parts that simplifies your life. No matter how you choose to feed your baby, I will be there to cheer you on! There can be a lot of emotions tied up in how we feed our babies and we can talk about that too!

Other Services

Prenatal Visits & Birth Plan Development

Scheduled monthly visits before the birth to chat about all things pregnancy, baby & motherhood. I’ll be a listening ear to help you process big (and little) feelings as your pregnancy progresses. We’ll talk through it all. Nothing is off limits! I’ll share my wealth of knowledge, as well as trusted resources to ensure you feel empowered and knowledgeable for the arrival of your baby and the postpartum period.

We will work as a team to develop a birth plan that lays out your preferences for labor, delivery and post care for you and your baby at the hospital. We’ll dig deep into the risks and benefits of your options. I want you to feel confident and informed as you journey through this new chapter of your life.

Nursery Set Up & Home Organization.
This can be done before or after baby comes. We’ll work together to set up spaces and systems in your home that work for you! When a new baby joins the family they don't just bring a new level of joy, they pack in a whole lot of tiny clothes, big gear and random gadgets with them. I want to help make that integration as smooth as possible. Having everything you need to care for baby readily available and organized can make taking care of your baby that much easier and reduce the stress of managing all.the.things that babies need.
